New improved Gym
QCCC has recently purchased new machines and equipment for our gyms in QCCC and MPG. New machines include running machines, exercise bikes and cross trainers. To use the gym, you need to become a member (free), take part in a gym induction and book sessions (only at QCCC). We also have women only sessions at QCCC. For session times, please check the QCCC time table.
Women’s Only Exercise
The sessions are run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00am to 11:00am at
QCCC and are free.. Sessions are aimed at improving the
strength and flexibility of women. Sessions are run by a fully qualified
trainer (Masters of Personal Training).

CLAIT Classes
CLAIT classes are currently running at QCCC every Monday 10am to 12pm. Classes are free. Sessions are designed to help students learn how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Access and gain a recognised qualification, OCR. The course is run in partnership with Westminster Kingsway College.
Older Peoples Chair Based Exercise
Exercise sessions are run twice a week. Monday and Friday 10:15am to 11:15am.
Sessions are designed especially for Older people who want to take part in gentle
exercise. Monday sessions are women only and Friday sessions are mixed.

Advise Sessions by Age Concern
Advise sessions will be run on the 1st Thursday of each month, from 1pm to 4pm, on a monthly basis (8th October, 5th November and 10th December). Sessions will cover any issues users have, i.e. household issues, council tax etc.
Intergenerational Workshop
Do you like photography? Do you want to learn how to use a camera and Photoshop (editing program) by a professional photographer. We have an excellent 10 week programme which consists of workshops for 6 older people to work with young people from Haverstock School starting in October. Older Peoples Christmas Party
This year’s Christmas party will take place on Wednesday 16th December 2009, 12pm to
4pm. Entrance to the party costs £3.50. This entitles you to a freshly cooked three course
meal with a glass of wine. There will also be a variety of entertainment, a raffle, sing
along and refreshments.

Crèche Christmas Party
This year’s Crèche Christmas party will take place on Thursday 17th December 2009,
10:30am to 12:30pm. Entrance is free. This entitles you to a freshly cooked three course
meal with a glass of wine. There will also be a variety of entertainment (including Santa),
presents, sing along and refreshments.

7pm to 9pm. Entrance to the party costs £1. There will also be a variety of live entertainment
