COVID UPDATE JANUARY 2021: Most of our normal services have been suspended due to increased infection rates and the third national lockdown. You can find full details of the services we are currently running on our Home page.
Our youth service runs a full programme of activities each weekday for 8 - 19 year olds. We believe sport and fitness is crucial to young people's physical and mental wellbeing and have an innovative employability and entrepreneurship programme. During Covid, we are offering some services online by invitation.
Older People's Services
Our 'Forever Young' programme supports the over 60's with popular fitness classes, dedicated gym sessions, leisure activities and day trips. Covid , means we've suspended the usual programme but are still offering chair-based exercise online as well as food parcel deliveries and telephone befriending
Healthy Families Service
Our Healthy Families programme focuses on exercise, healthy eating and parenting with activities that parents and children can often do together. Activities are suspended during current lockdown.
QCCA runs two not-for-profit nurseries - Hollylodge Nursery in Highgate, N6 and Caversham Nursery in Kentish Town, NW5. Both embody the charity's ethos of care and community. They remain open during Covid. We also manage the Peggy Jay Centre on Hampstead Heath.
Only our front reception will be open to the public during lockdown, between 11am - 2pm .
We strongly urge you not to come unless you have an appointment.
However Lockdown Lunch is a drop-by service. Everyone is welcome between 1pm - 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
