Our Community Christmas appeal raised over £8000!
A huge thank you to everyone who donated to our Community Christmas appeal at the end of last year. We're still finalising the total but it was well over £8000. With your help, we were able to open our Christmas pantry for two days, so that people could chose meal ingredients and festive food treats to help them over the holidays. On Christmas morning, StreetsKitchen distributed 36 parcels on our behalf to homeless people in Camden.
Special thanks go to donors Love Christmas and Mother Carol at St Martin's Church Gospel Oak; the London team at Amazon Web Services; the Hadley Trust; Neuberger Berman; the Queen's Crescent Library knitting group; Rankin and the Rankin Agency and the Wetherburne-Smith family.
Want to help us help others this winter? We're still running a limited food bank and hot meal service along with all our other activities. We warmly welcome all donations.

Presenter Cathy Newman and QCCA friend Dame Louise Casey came to see for themselves how we served nearly 800 hot evening meals a week from the centre.

Although it was filmed outside QCCA in November 2020 at the height of Covid, many of the problems remain the same in 2021. It features our CEO Foyezur Miah and single mum Claire, talking movingly about their experiences during the pandemic.
In November 2021, we still run a small food-bank to help the most vulnerable in our community.
